The Principal Members are the natural and legal persons who fulfill the requirements of the Associations Law, who have been accepted as members by the decision of the Headquarter's Board of Directors, who have paid their membership fees, and are the ones that have rights to vote to elect and to be elected in the General Assemblies. (By-Laws Article 7-A)

a. Natural Persons who have the capacity to act (Personal Members)
Membership fee is in total 2,000 YTL which the Entrance Fee is 1,000 YTL and the Annual Fee is 1,000 YTL.

b. Legal persons who have the capacity to act (Corporate Members)
The membership fee is in total 10,000 YTL (9,000 YTL entrance fee and 1,000 YTL annual fee)

Persons not enjoying Turkish citizenship, but who, in addition to fulfilling the requirements sought in a Turkish citizen, have the right to reside in Turkey can be accepted as members. (By-Laws Article-6)

According to the decision of the Headquarter's Board of Directors as of 30.4.2003, in the establishment of a new Branch, the Entrance Fee is not taken only once under the condition of being not less than sixteen founding members.
