The Honorary Membership
may be extended to the natural persons deemed worthy
among scientists and businessmen by the decision
of the Headquarter's Board of Directors by the two
third majority votes. (By-Laws Article 7-B)
Even though the Honorary Members
are authorized to attend at General Assembly meetings
and participate in discussions, they don't have
possess the right to vote and they are not included
in the quorum.
The Honorary Membership may be
extended to the Principal Members upon their agreement.
In this case, their Principal Membership falls.
The Honorary Members do not pay
the entrance fee and the annual fee.
The Honorary Membership is extended
for forever and may not be annulled.
