In accordance with the By-Laws Article 7 and the number 6 decision of the
Headquarter's Board of Directors on 21.7.2003, Youth
Members are chosen among the undergraduate university
students who will work voluntarily for the Association.
Youth Members after graduation become the members
of the Association without paying the Entrance Fee.
